Originally from Lima, Peru, our founder pursued his business administration and sociology education at the Inca Garcilazo de la Vega University in Lima.

 

Following his studies, he served in the Marine Corps and worked in the Computer Service of the Navy of Peru for eight years. He then worked for 12 years in the Systems Engineering Department at Banco de Lima and Banco Wise Sudameris.

In 2010, our founder officially established CENAES - Literacy Center in Spanish, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to providing essential literacy services to the Latino community. Through his vision and dedication, CENAES has become a vital resource for individuals seeking to improve their education and enhance their quality of life.

Our team includes a distinguished Argentine-American poet, independent scholar, and writer who is a Full Member of the North American Academy of the Spanish Language (Academia Norteamericana de la Lengua Española) and a correspondent of the Spanish Royal Academy (Real Academia Española). With a remarkable body of work that includes award-winning essays, poetry, and translations, he brings invaluable expertise to our organization. We are privileged to have him as part of our team.

Ana is a highly respected banker and currently serves as Vice President Relationship Manager at M&T. Her outstanding charisma and dedication have been of great value to CENAES, where she plays an invaluable role in supporting our non-profit organization. We are grateful for Ana's contributions and are honored to have her as a member of our team.
